Great relationships are like vitamins to the soul

Fun, fellowship, and great food was shared Sunday afternoon by First Cong members, friends, and Regent neighbors. In our busy lives with family, work, and other obligations, it seems it isn’t very often we step out for a brief time to nurture friendships, play, and visit with old and new friends. While the Neighborhood Party is a great opportunity for us to be in fellowship, we intentionally invite our Regent Neighbors in hopes of getting to know each other better. We appreciate that we live in a neighborhood and while we may be a big “family” compared to the individual family homes that surround us, these are our neighbors and we want to share our space, our lives, and our thanks with them. A special word of appreciation to Anne Karch for chairing our event and all the Boards and volunteers who helped before, during and after the party. A great time was had by all!
