Congregational Meeting

Our Congregational Meeting will take place on Sunday, May 6, after worship. In addition to electing new church officers and board members, we will be asked to approve a slate of members for the Senior Minister Search Committee, and to approve the procedures that search committee will use. A year ago, we approved a change in our by-laws that allows our Associate Minister to be a candidate for this position. The Executive Council has consulted with the staff of the Wisconsin Conference UCC on best practices to be followed, and has incorporated these into the proposed procedures on which you will vote on May 6. In order to be better informed about all this, please read these supporting documents ahead of time.
