FRB Dairy Trivia The 12 & under question for September is "Which state produces the most cheese?" and over 12 "How many pounds of milk does it take to make 1 pound of cheese: 5, 10, or 15?". Congratulations to our July winner Gwen Parker who knew that cows have four stomachs. Congratulations to our August winner Joan Anderson who correctly answered that it takes 21 lbs of whole milk to make 1 lb of butter.
