Handbell Choir Caravans to Milwaukee

Immediately after worship on Sunday morning March 27, a caravan of cars left Madison carrying handbells, handbell equipment and 11 handbell ringers. We headed to Milwaukee Lutheran High School for a workshop and festival concert that included 24 handbell choirs from Wisconsin and Illinois. They met for four hours of fellowship and rehearsals and food before performing a concert together at 6:30pm. They returned to Madison at 10:15 Sunday night, tired but happy with their performance.
