Blessing of the Animals

Monday, June 13, 2011 - 10:15am - Thursday, June 30, 2011 - 1:00pm Seven dogs and one cat accompanied by 18 humans, took part in the annual Blessing Of The Animals on Saturday, June 11. All present gathered for liturgy and a group blessing. Individual blessings were then offered, followed by fellowship time.
For entrusting us with the care of our pets, and for gifting us with compassionate hearts, gentle hands and kind words so that we may make You known to our animals;
We thank you God.
For blessing us with the unconditional love of our animals, so that our animal friends may make You better known to us;
We thank you God.
