ACT 9 Pit Stop

Have you ever wanted to participate in the ACT rides to support those living with HIV/AIDS, but didn’t want to ride your bike for 300 miles? Now you have a chance! First Congregational UCC will be hosting a U-pit on Thursday, August 4th, from noon to 4:00pm near Spring Green. The exact location will be emailed to you soon by Eldonna. We are looking for a few people to volunteer to be at the site, people to make cookies (enough for 200 people), people to help make some salty chex mix packets, and to have great fun welcoming and sending off riders. Email or call Eldonna to volunteer to be a part of this community building event. It’s a GREAT way to show others how proud we are of them, and how proud we are of our church!
