2012 Summer Mission Trip

A crew of five First Cong Sr High Youth and two adults will be heading to Camp Courageous near Monticello, IA on July 8^th for a week of work and community building. Camp Courageous is a non-profit, year-round respite care and recreational facility for individuals of all ages with disabilities. First Cong youth have been to Camp Courageous before. Past work has included landscaping trails and grounds, weatherizing buildings, food preparation, cleaning and various heavy-lifting, miscellaneous tasks. The group will be lodging at the Camp.
